Recipe NO. 2: SURPRISE FRUIT SALAD(MODIFIED)

1. I decided to put in a pear and a banana and of course, I changed the whipped cream but was not able to use it here as the whipped cream was expired and the deliveryman hadn't delivered the new one. The apple is also now a red one instead of the humongous Japanese apple ( i forgot to mention that I only used half of the Japanese apple as it was too big and I only needed a medium sized apple)





2. Cut up the banana.







3. Cut up the pear. (remember to remove the seed)



4. Prepare the salt water and put in the pear.

5. Cut up the apple.(remember to remove the seeds)




6. Put the chopped up apples in the salt water together with the pear.


7. Chop up the snickers bar.



8. Mix everything together into a big mixing bowl.



9. Finishing touch: Add in the whipped cream.


I realised after adding in whipped cream at home that the whipped cream would be " stained " by the chocolate and so would the apples because the chocolate would be melting, hence i think I should immediately place the finished dish into the refrigerator first and maybe not mix the chocolate, fruits ,and whipped cream all together but rearrange the chocolate and the fruits neatly before putting the whipped cream into the center then it can be used as a topping. Overall, the taste was very good but appearance still needs to undergo a huge makeover.
